Team Meeting Held Ahead of Lotus Cup 2026 Women’s T20I Tri-Series

The teams taking part in the Lotus Cup 2026 Women’s T20I Tri-Series met this evening in Gelephu as final preparations continued ahead of the start of the tournament.

The meeting was led by Saurabh Dhanuka, Tournament Director from Thailand, along with Ugyen Dorji, Head of Umpires, and members of the umpiring team. The organising committee was represented by Dorji Khandu.

During the session, tournament rules, playing conditions, and regulations were explained in detail. The discussion allowed teams to raise questions and clear any doubts, helping ensure a smooth and fair competition over the coming days.

The meeting was attended by the Team Directors, Captains, and Managers of all three teams — Bhutan, Hong Kong (China), and Malaysia.

The Lotus Cup 2026 Women’s T20I Tri-Series will be played from 20 January to 29 January 2026 at the Gelephu International Cricket Ground. The tournament gets underway tomorrow with the opening match between Bhutan and Malaysia, starting at 10:00 AM BST.
